Dear Life..
Dear Life,
Thanks a lot.
Thanks for computer crashes and plane crashes,
for dirty feet and dirty minds, for cold weather and
cold mothers. Thanks for enery drinks that taste like s-t.
But thanks as well for small talk with strangers in the
Express lane at Ralphs, thank you for bath and body works
chapstick and cherry sarcasm. Thanks for being
a dime short of my favorite brand of chips at the
vending machine, thanks for loud chewers and irratating siblings.
Gracias for best friends that dont realize you love them more than a best friend.
Merci Beucoup for last minute holiday shopping and snatching the last pair of skinny jeans....
Thank you for obnoxious relatives who ask where
youre going to college or what career youve picked
when all you want to do is lie in bed and watch
reruns of Full House and Spongebob. Thanks for
the last seat free on the subway. Thanks for cheap
knockoffs of designer jeans and fake Louis V purses. But most of all, Life,
thank you for the 1: 1 ratio of real thanks and no thanks.

Sincere Thanks
Sincere thanks to the Africans who,
Made us proud at the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games;
For there their talents were exposed to the world.
Thanks to Kenya who got the total of 14 medals:
Made up of 5 Gold medals,5 Silver medals and 4 Bronze medals.
Thanks to Ethiopia who got the total of 7 medals:
Made up of 4 Gold medals, a Silver medal and 2 Bronze medals.
Thanks to Zimbabwe who got the total of 4 medals:
Made up of a Gold medal and 3 Silver medals.
Thanks to Cameroon who got a single Gold medal,
Thanks to Tunisia who got a single Gold medal,
Thanks to Nigeria who got the total of 4 medals:
Made up of a Silver medal and 3 Bronze medals.
Thanks to Algeria who got 2 medals:
Made up of a Silver medal and a Bronze medal.
Thanks to Morocco who got 2 medals:
Made up of a Siver medal and a Bronze medal.
THanks to South Africa who got a single Silver medal,

O Lord I thank you that I am fearfully and wonderfully made
All praise and honor to your matchless name
You who have ever remained the same
Your mercies are new every single morning
It is you who allow me to yawn
You have allowed me to experience many, many dawns
You have delivered me through all of my pain
You have shown me your grace again and again
Whenever I was in trouble you delivered me
You have been kind enough to set me free
So I thank you for everything that you have done
I thank you for allowing me to live
I thank you for blessing me
I thank you that I have been able to give
I thank you for forgiving me
I thank you for not allowing me to stay fallen
I thank you for your awesome calling
I thank you for being my very best friend

' Truly Grateful '
I'm taking time out Jesus to acknowledge
all the blessings you've seen fit to send
my way
Thanks - for waking me to see another day
although last night I forgot to pray
Thanks - for all the good food you've allowed
me to eat, and for the roof over my head
for the cloths on my back and shoes on my feet
Thanks - for shielding me from self destruction
when I was falling apart, you kept me together
Thanks - for giving me a conscious that makes
me say sorry when I'm wrong, it tells me help
those without food or a home
Thanks - for the fear of you, that's planted in
my heart, because this alone should set
the good and the bad apart
Thanks - for the rough roads I've walked
and teaching me to ignore the gossip
and negitive talk
Thanks - for the friends even those that didn't
last thanks for my future and my past
Thanks - for helping me finally realize, that you're
in charge and providing me with more than
enough
Thanks - for catching the tear drops I cry, and
for reminding me never let my dreams die
Thanks - for the prayers you answers daily and
for not letting the insane drive me crazy
Thanks - for my family which surrounds me, and
for the brave soldiers who keep us free
