Carbon Dating
Are we not in the first years of dating
Does a boy know how to handle
While his hands are yet fumbling
Didn't he promise to make her honest
And the next hour change his mind
This is the scientist's suicide
Carbon dating
i heard rumors of a set date
And while the rumor was yet being spread
It was proclaimed the truth
And this truth was spread all throughout
School
And by the evening another rumor was brewed
And the next day of school yeasterday's
Truth was a lie
You see how school and scientists lack
The knowledge of basic english
A new date is set
Thou the date is different from yesterday's
Today it is printed and pressed
Insomuch that children are pronounced dunce
If they do not subscribe the new date on a a test
The scientist is school's hero
Once it was God
Once children were caresed by the truth
But school has wanted a divorce
And now our children are handled by scientist boy's
Fumbling hands
And they ask
Why is our nation broken?

3 Days After You Were In School
It landed on Mars! !
And,3 days after you were in school;
Oh yes, you started school 3 days after 'Curiosity' landed on Mars.
He won the 100 Metres in London and,
3 days after you were in school;
She won the 100 Metres in London and,
3 days after you were in school;
And like the muse of the green men and the green women!
But, the green room is now waiting for the children.
The white light came in to direct you!
With words of care and the works of peace;
However, you were in school 3 days after 'Curiosity' landed on Mars.

Farewell from Zahira
Praising Almighty Allah
I proclaim the sweetest verses
of the heaven, Salamun Alaikum!
My memories call me back
to the very same place
where I had arrived at
with a smiling little face
What was this place
my parents had told me
when I trotted to peep around
but a few did join me
Cried for no reasons
played for no gains
what sweet moments
my early school days!
Competitions and extra curricular
flavored my education
good friends and kind teachers
were nothing but inspiration
When I climbed the stages
a many did applaud
but-I go out now
would there be the same reward?
Whatever the school had held
I had a part in
and now that without a school
can you just imagine?
I bet these fine buildings
and uniquely school site
never would I really forget
when I step outside
The school has nourished me
with all what it posses
And wonder I how to repay
out of my futures success?
Today, the day that I leave
mother Zahira I cry at you
if I stepped in foot again
Ill bring you an honorary view!

Gates Of Paradise
I'm in school staring out the window,
The school gates open, almost telling me
With words to just go, walk out,
Be as free as speech.
Cars cruise along,
Engines quiet and hoarse,
Drivers sunk into soft leather seats
Having a nice day.
I wish that was me right now.
Then partners stroll along,
Hands clasped tight,
May be walking in no real direction but
Having a nice day.
I wish that was me right now.
I'm halfway through the day,
But it has only begun.
If time was a plane, it would be in a hangar,
Still, not flying.
In the end though, I think of
The silver lining in a cloud.
The suffering of school
Brings beauty in life.
School will turn on the flashing lights
Of that airport landing strip,
Lead me in the direction of
Flying freely out of them school gates,
And through the gates of paradise.
