world is a crule place
im so sick of racism
im so tired of sexism
why can't we just get along
dose it really matter if your black or white
dose it really matter if you are a boy or girl
dose it really matter which side your on
people shall yell out stupid things
people fight for the wrong reasons
war
over what
drugs
religion
that's why i stay here locked up in my room
ignoring the outside world
because of one thing
the world is a cruel place

A Fair Go For All Is Something We Should Embrace
For every Nationality and every race
A fair go for all is something we should embrace
A fair go for everyone of every creed
The right to a fair go everyone does need
From politicians negatives we so often hear
And xenophobia is one surely born of fear
But people of goodwill of all races know
That the World would be worse off without a fair go
For every child, every woman and every man
Of every race and of every clan
where racism is rife there is disharmony
And for the good in others we must look to see
And broadminded people can never be small
They believe in the cause of a fair go for all.

A Culture Torn (Reply To The Philosophy By Leafsailor On PF)
Just read a poem about
Who are we?
It covers everything
From political standards
Of how it affects our lives
Religions, wars to the epoch of man
To hatred and racism and violence within
I cannot change what people have learnt
From childhood to adulthood...a culture torn
What right have I to condemn in beliefs
That was part of their lives before I was born
The best I can do, and the best I can say
Is stand up be proud and just be
A HUMAN BEING! ! !

A Step Back
Is it
hungry kids, sleepless nights
bombed cities, hate fight
racism, rapeist, records for murders
got me feeling unprotected
Or it is
taxes raising, budget cuts
higher tuition, no solution
government cover-ups, unexplained wars
death knocking at your front door
Maybe all of the above
but does my thoughts matter, am I to typical?
cause i'm not rich, famous, or a million dollar actor
the unhear voices, the unheard cries, empty heart, all replies
this is not the dream of Martin Luther King.
