Fake Smile
They ask me what's wrong
I say I'm OK
I don't want them to worry
Tomorrow is another day
Happy it may not be
I'll wear a fake smile
They will know something is wrong
If they don't see me in awhile
Maybe someone I should tell
I'm just hurting
I'm not doing well
I start to act like old me
Everything seems fine
Happy people---happy they see
They don't care what I look like outside
But I do, my ugliness needs to hide
They say they like me for me
I'll stay happy as I could be
Friends are temporary, changes will take awhile
They never knew I had a fake smile.

ApOeM
They were once friends
Now they judge and ignore me
Strangers act the same
They posion my conscience
It gets harder to sleep at night
Thinking about my shitty life
Wondering if everything I do is right
She says I'm too old
He says I look messed up
Theres more Ive been told
Right now im just fed up
Nobody could love me
Not at any cost
I'm tired of being here
I want to get lost
Maybe inside a poem
I'll become words for another lost soul
It's ironic, the more suffering, the more creativity
If life is a poem, do we really have control? ? ?

Birthday
I blow out the birthday candle
I ask for the impossible
Celebrating another year
I can't slow down father time
I'm still preparing for life
Until that job is mine
Until she says I do
The boy is becoming a man
But still scared on how I do
Downfalls will get in my way
I have to see them through
Listen to what they say
Knowing people will come and go
Knowing my mistakes I make
The corrections I must show
It's part of growing up
It's my birthday wish this year
Days go by so fast
Another birthday is near.

Trust Me
I knew the truth about me
Without any facts
I knew things would turn
Bad luck always comes back
I fell for the lies
Thinking someone could care about me
Still I didn't feel right
Until things become clear
Before you, I was sad and dejected
With you, I almost started to smile
Because of you, broken by picture
Trust me, I've been here
I let myself fall
Trust me
Nobody loves me at all
The worst is over now
I make myself bleed
My mood doesn't let me feel pain
But blood is everywhere, just like rain
I'm going away now
Trust me, it's for the best.
