012409B IT WILL BE ALRIGHT
so grateful with open ears
offered comfort through
whispers; reached deep
eased throbs to ground
yet, mist covered eyes
beneath fabrics; darkness
wishes otherwise; with
hidden smile; i breathe
un-easiness brush my lungs
a certain discomfort felt
i close my eyes; picture past
rain on valleys covered grass
two creatures march to sunrise
clouds deny; still with smile
to see all pupils all seated
embarrassed i cower in corner
for whole class an eternity
when bells ring i run outside
there she was with ice cream
and whisper it will be alright
i went back with fire in heart
i keep it wherever i maybe
even now, that she is gone

012409C CERTAIN DEATH
puzzle hangs over my head
my breath wont end with
metals lodge in my heart
nor rapid oxidation that
will tear me into pieces
nor gas that deprives me
of oxygen, hardened lungs
already deep inside me
dormant ready to strike
when im not aware
seed flows in red line
has life of its own
if i can move all my cells
like i can move my fingers
i would be free; free to breath
natures design im hopeless
but i keep the fight, i starve
to carry less weight, i move
to delay killer already inside
top it off i refrain from stress
that will take me off guard
certain death like anybody else

01280901 feathers will
soaring wings felt wind
joy overflowing; a whim
windows open for view
a glimpse for tomorrow
breeze subsides; standstill
birds slowly back to nest
doing what they do best
that is nurture their fill
beaks carried away, a bit
tender feather touch; aches
purse beaks, hid in shadow
with open eyes to the blue
sky clear as it in beginning
doubting feathers longing
gaze, dream one more day
lovely faces i love to see

01280902 could be scary
beneath a childs fingertips
carbon lead streaking line
chuckling and feeling fine
mom holding her breathes
snap give me that pencil
she run, hid on her chest
another words then pinch
helpless but falling tears
heres your doll, dont cry
she looks up with question why
tired of barbie; really dumb
broke in half; into trash can
pick up remote watch her show
giggling with characters she know
fall asleep on the couch, no issue
later shell be running congress
your money and world peace
