Thanks
Thanks for your fresh Spirit
You supply each day
Thanks for guidance
Along the way.
Thanks for birds
And the music they sing,
Thanks for dogs
And the affection they bring.
Thanks for cats, big and small -
I'm amazed at how
You created them all.
Thanks for the sky,
Blue or cloudy,
Thanks for storms
When nature gets rowdy!
Thanks for sex
It feels so good,
Thanks for renewing
A good attitude.
Thanks for friends
In heaven and earth
They're priceless -
That's what they're worth.
Thanks for skill
You gladly endow,
Thanks for inspiring
And showing me how.
I'll keep this short,
And right to the point,
Thanks for keeping
My nose out of joint!

Swimmingly
Swimming is feeling grace in water,
smoothly slipping thru light blue fluid,
propelled by kicking feet
and winged arms.
Measured breathing
in sync with rhythmic strokes,
swimming is a dance with slippery water,
my partner in physical exultation.

ku klux klan
you burn crosses
don't you?
so appropriate
because you burn
everything the Man
stood for:
love for others
love for other races
one of His disciples
was simeon the canaanite -
a black man
cowards you are are
you hide behind your sheets
and do your dirt
in the dark of night
just like your clever friend
satan:
hater
murderer
thief
just how jesus described him
you all hate: 'niggers! '
you all murder: lynchings
50 against one
chickenshits
you took their lives from them,
stealing their futures
thieves of life
someday, shriveled hearts,
twisted minds,
the Man whose cross
and principles you burn
will throw you away
FOREVER
into a very hot lake of fire
and silently, peacefully watching on that fiery shore
wil be the spirits of innocent 'niggers'
you killed
standing next to Jesus
with Hades keys

Animal freedom
nice to be an animal
free from worry and care
no possessions
no clothes to wear
no toothbrush or comb
sleep anywhere
no clock to watch nor time to keep
sun and moon with you, awake or asleep
away from it all
enjoying woods and field
no rush hour to negotiate
your animal spirit healed
mate with whomever
no marriage endeavor
'poor' as you both are -
on a wild date - gaze at a falling star
never a need to cook
food from soil, stream or forest nook
eat your meat and veggies raw
no fork or knife - use your beak or paw
wild, surprising adventure
every challenging day
nature intended an interesting life
this natural way
