  125.

Swaying to the rythm of my shoes

I was sitting on my own
tapping my feet to music echo'ed on the wall
I lit a cigarette
and watched the couples as they danced around the hall
I sipped another drink
and like some apparition she slipped into view
she danced in front of me
her body swaying to the rythm of my shoes

I could feel her gazing at me
it was all that I could do but look and see
transfixed by her appearance
though I knew that she was far to young for me
I've never seen a girl
so fair and beautiful and then she smiled my way
my smile was unintentional
was flattered yet embarrased by her gaze

I beckoned her towards me
though I never really thought she'd come along
felt surprised when she came over
moving to the rythm of the song
she laughed
and then I guessed she knew the game
and wanted me to play it too
I found myself beside her body
swaying to the rythm of my shoes.

  126.

Sweet dream lover

The touching of your skin
brings thoughts of heaven here on earth
and overwhelms my dreams and realism
to another time and space

The warmth that you give me
is alone yours
and will always be
for now I see the light and head
that holds your pretty face

And I guess that I will always want to be with you
and I'm sure that there will never be another
if the world were full, and everybody looked like you
then that would be a sweet dream lover.

  127.

Sweet dreams

Visions of serenity
feelings of release
flowing through some netherworld
encapsulating peace

Relaxation meditated
thoughts exploring bind
free from pain you drift again
escaping from the mind.

  128.

Sweet Valentine.

The time has gone and your'e still everything to me
to wake up in each others arms is all I need
and I can't catch my breath untill we kiss
so hold me now sweet valentine and make a wish

When dark clouds fill the heavens and it looks like rain
your smile brings out the sunshine and their gone again
how lucky is my heart to feel like this
embrace me now sweet valentine and kiss

I sometimes find it hard to sleep beside you as you know
afraid that if I close my eyes I'll wake up on my own

What nature of enchantment makes me feel this way
your beauty and your eyes and everything you say
what warmth of loves emotion fills my mind
just you sweet valentine, sweet valentine.
