  121.

Someone.

Hey sugar do you think you have the time
Without company for so long
I”ve forgotten all the signs
Well I just need someone to talk and sit and listen to me
Someone to whisper to my heart and possibly renew me
Another mind to blend with mine
A conscience that can be entwined
Someone who”s dear, someone to hear
Someone to make the future clear

Hey baby wont you come on over here
I”ve been missing love for so long
That it”s disappeared I fear
Well I just want somebodies arms to show me some affection
Somebody who can show me love and give my life direction
Another soul to make me whole
A dream I can rely on
Someone to kiss, someone to touch
Someone who loves me just as much

  122.

Sometimes I wish I had four legs.

Sometimes I wish I had four legs
it's easier for a quadruped
they always get their food on time
and never have to stand in line
a luxury not being human
and more attractive too to women
who always like four legged things
that they can lead around on strings
life would be easy I would bet
if someone had me as a pet.

  123.

St Charles? .

St Valentine!
the Saint of love
makes me wonder why
surely he was celibate
and not that kind of guy
I'd rather see somebody there
who had a hundred kids
or at least could sing about it
like Barry White once did
or some romatic poet
who had given everything
I'll put my name down on the list
and step into the ring
you could make love on my birthday
it's a more convienent time
June the second's warmer
than the date of Valentine
then children would be born in March
the breaking of the Spring
and not in dark November
when the birds don't even sing
and my surnames more romantic
an anagram of note
if you rearrange the letters
you will see it's Romeo
but now I'll leave it up to you
to have a little think
is Valentine romantic?
or am I just wasting ink? .

  124.

Summertime

Take a walk on the beach
feel the sand on your feet
hear the waves roar
feel the suns heat
it's a beautiful world
everythings feeling fine
there's a mood in the air
summertime.
