Joy

Joy is the smell of sweet smelling flowers freshly picked from the garden.Joy tastes like a piece of rich chocolate cake all lovely and gooey. Joy sounds like the birds singing in the trees. Joy looks like a pretty forest filled with woodland creatures all scurrying around. Joy is the colour of a beautiful dress which is purple.Joy feels like your mum with her arms open wide in a joyful embrace, all fuzzy and warm. Joy reminds me of going out my friends like at the park all noisy and fun.

This Joy That I Have

Oh, this joy that I have,
This joy that fills my heart,
This joy that keeps me smiling,
This joy that picks me up when I am down,
This joy that never ends,
This joy that my heart sings about,
This joy that makes me clap my hands and dance alone in my room,
This joy that gives me a new song,
This joy that inspires my dance,
This joy that the world can never take,
This joy that never asked for a price,
This joy that fills my soul,
This joy that sets me free from all my worries,
This joy that I can't explain,
Oh, this joy! The joy of the Lord is my strength.

Oh Joy, Oh Joy

Oh joy, oh joy, don't leave just yet, linger on awhile and wash my days with a mist of morning dew..just enough to make me feel alive and full of you.
Oh joy, oh joy, i strech and purr like a kitten after her nap knowing you are nearby with a touch so soft and yet so familiar with my every aches and make them enhanced and slide on to a ride that won't stop until i reach that place of bliss where you never know if you will find your way back.
Oh joy, oh joy, stay awhile longer please..don't hasten to leave me yet,
The after glow may stay to put us both to sleep and a smile on our faces and warmth running through our bodies like a river down a hill, so smooth and ever changing.
Oh joy, oh joy, oh please remain..

With Joy

I am joy...

With joy, you were born
With joy, you were a baby
With joy, you cried
With joy, you smiled
With joy, you laughed
With joy, you sleep
With joy, you walked
With joy, you matured
With joy, you were healed
With joy, you fought
With joy, you never gave up
With joy, you world peace
With joy, you made me
