Heroes
Heroes born and heroes bled
Heroes that live and fill our head
We need heroes so we can be lead
Is there a real true hero?
Are they our coloured football stars
Or speedsters who drive those F1 cars
Adventurers discovering lands afar
Is there a true Hero?
Surely they are our missionaries faceless
Community workers who remain nameless
Mums and Dads who give themselves selfless
Surely they are true heroes.
But there's a Man who bled and died
Allowed Himself to be despised
Conquering death for victory's side
Do you know this true hero?

My Hero
A hero can not be defined
By a book,
A story,
Or a simple line.
A hero is different in all eyes.
Strong and courageous,
Simple and weak,
A hero, only a hero to me.
My hero fears
And my hero cries.
My hero stands
But isnt afraid to dropp to his knees.
My hero is weak,
Weak with only me.
My hero is strong,
He fights for me.
My hero could be yours too.
He could be a hero to many one day.
But for now my hero
Is only a hero to me.

A Hero
A Hero is someone looked up to,
Who others could love to be,
A Hero is someone, who is very courageous,
And willing to put their life aside for anothers happiness or well being,
A Hero is anybody, anybody who can make someones day,
Or to help out with a simple chore,
A Hero does not have to be successful,
Or to complete their great intention,
A Hero does not have to be able to fly,
Nor to have any other superhuman power,
A Hero can be of any sex, race, or species,
They do not have to be human,
A Hero is not somebody, who is good at everything,
They dont even have to be good at very well anything,
A Hero is somebody, who could only listen,
They could make you smile with out any words,
A Hero is someone, who could stand up for you,
Or to agree in your beliefs,
A Hero could be your Teacher,
helping you learn towards your future,
A Hero is anybody, and everybody,
Everyone is someones Hero,
And everybody has a Hero.
