Crazy Enough

I was crazy enough to jump off a bridge for you?
Even when I have seen you only once.?
But you let me down
I am mad enough to still be thinking about you?
Even when I know you feel nothing more?
I was crazy enough to build castles in the sky
And jump from cloud to cloud?
crazy enough to imagine you and me?
crazy enough to never see?
the lie of you?
I was crazy enough to stand in the rain?
so i might see you once more
Longing raged inside me
Longing for you
Longing that never seemed to die
Even now, now that you’ve left me
Left me to drown in my own tears of dispare
I still yearn for you
I was crazy enough to follow you home?
Just so I can see you for a while
Crazy enough to stand outside your window
and watch you sleep?
and I was crazy enough to want to be your?
Sickness just so I might heal you again?
crazy enough that no pain would hurt me deeply
But you?
crazy enough that I can’t let go?
I was crazy enough to want to die for you?
and yet there is nothing known about you
And yet you never lived?
I was crazy enough to want to kidnap you?
and watch you grow old in the cupboard of my mind?
crazy enough to kill you so I might have you forever?
crazy enough to only think?
That nothing could hurt me
Nothing could hurt me but you
I was crazy enough that I might want to haunt you
So I might be with you forever??
crazy enough to hurt you so I might love you
And make you better once again?
crazy enough to offer my soul to you
Just so I can be with you forever?
crazy enough to want to be you?
I am crazy enough to say that?
I don’t know whether you are real
Or out there still
But know…?
That I love you all the same
No matter how often you leave and don’t come back

  22.

crazy

In a whirlwind of numbness,
there is nothing but madness

this pen is my release,
the ink it is my blood
everything I see and everything I do
haunts my life, my everyday
it tells me I am crazy

Crazy am I,
a young girl who acts on impulse,
who listens to her feelings as thought they are a parent,
or rather a best friend

Crazy am I,
an old woman, who spent her life alone
searching for 'the one'
but finding no one

Crazy am I,
a young boy, who fights for justice
there are no greater oxymorons,
but he does what he is told

Crazy am I,
the Lesbian, confused as what to feel
scared of the reaction of her loved ones,
she hides in shame

Crazy am I,
the killer, who's so fed up with life,
he wishes to take another,
perhaps his beloved wife?

Crazy am I,
the teacher, who devotes his life
to a robot of audiences,
faith is in his nature

Crazy am I,
the poet, who writes these very words
she spends her days deep in thought,
but seems to have no cares

Crazy are we,
these people, who have felt all too much
all here for different reasons, none matter.
the fact remains that we are,
all indeed
crazy.

  23.

crazy i think not

all alone in this crazy home trapped in this room
no one here to talk too

but what i hear a whisperin soul

i am not crazy

the walls begin to make strange faces the devil itself

no i am not crazy

where did these scars come from i didnt do this
it was that shadow of darkness

no i'm definitely not crazy

who is dat woman in the bloody white gown
a slit at the throat the fire in her eyes

i am not crazy

docters come to give me my dosage

dead
cut to pieces
blood every where
my insides are my outsides

they said i was crazy

but i'm not i'm insane

Crazy

As crazy as life is
and lifes pretty crazy
sunshine shining
I feel crazy lately
who nails and who sits
upon that cross
Who cheers three cheers
for loved ones we'ved lost
who stares at thier soul
whos soul stares back
who holds their emotions
when they dont know no facts
whos crazy like me
whos crazly craddleing crazyness lately
who is but who we are true, true and true
I doubt im as crazy not crazier than you.
